The Process

Here is what happens when you reach out

You are in control the entire time. Nothing happens that you do not want to happen.

1

You reach out

Call or email whenever you feel ready. Tell us as much or as little as you are comfortable with. A member of our team will respond within 24 hours. There is no pressure to share anything you are not ready to share. If all you want is someone who gets it to listen, that is completely okay.

2

We listen

We take the time to understand your situation. We figure out what you need and explain your options in plain language so you can decide what feels right.

3

We handle it

We file takedown requests, coordinate with NCMEC and law enforcement, and file reports. We do the heavy lifting so you do not have to relive the experience through paperwork and phone calls.

4

We follow up

We track every request and keep you updated. If content resurfaces, we go again. We do not stop until it is resolved and offenders are facing consequences.

5

We stay with you

Even after the immediate issue is handled, we are still here. We have been through this ourselves. We know that the hard part does not end when the images come down.

You do not have to have all the details figured out. You do not have to be brave. You just have to send one message or make one call. We take it from there.

We will never charge you. We will never share anything you tell us. Whenever you are ready, we are here.
