About Us

Who you are talking to

We are survivors. People who have been through the same thing and came out the other side. We learned how the systems work — image removal, law enforcement reporting, getting offenders locked up — and now we help others navigate it so they do not have to figure it out alone.

No. We are fully independent. No government ties. No corporate sponsors. No nonprofit board. Nobody funds us, directs us, or tells us what to do. We answer to survivors and nobody else.

Because the people who create and distribute child sexual abuse material are dangerous. We do not give them a way to find us. We protect ourselves so we can protect you.

Yes. Everything. Always. No fees, no donations, no fine print, no catches. We will never charge you for anything. If anyone ever asks you to pay for CSAM removal help, that is a scam. Real help does not cost money.

A member of our team. Someone who has experience handling these cases and who understands what you are going through because they have been through it themselves.

Privacy & Safety

Your safety comes first

No. We never share your name, your information, or anything about your case with anyone without your explicit permission. Everything is confidential.

This website does not collect or store any personal data. No cookies. No tracking. No analytics. When you use the contact form, it sends directly to our email. That is the only place your message goes.

No. You are a victim. Reaching out for help is not illegal. Reporting abuse is not illegal. You will not get in trouble for asking for help.

Use the Quick Exit button (the red button at the top of every page) to instantly leave this site and go to Google. You can also browse in incognito/private mode, or use a device your abuser does not have access to — a friend's phone, a school computer, a library computer. If you need help doing this safely, reach out from a safe device and we can guide you.

Image Removal

Getting content taken down

Yes. It is not instant and it is not always easy, but it works. We file takedown requests with platforms and hosting providers. We work with NCMEC to hash-block images so they cannot be re-uploaded. We use the Take It Down program. We have done this many times and we know what works.

We go again. Hash-blocking helps prevent re-uploads, but sometimes content resurfaces on different platforms. When it does, we file new takedowns. As many times as it takes. We do not stop.

No. You should never have to look at them. We handle that part. You tell us what you know and we take it from there. You do not need to see, find, or interact with the content in any way.

Every digital image has a unique fingerprint called a hash. When an image is hash-blocked, platforms automatically detect and remove any copy of that image, even if someone tries to upload it again under a different name. NCMEC maintains a database of these hashes that major platforms check against. It is one of the most effective tools for keeping content down permanently.

Reporting & Justice

Holding offenders accountable

When a report is filed through NCMEC's CyberTipline or the FBI's IC3, it goes into a system that law enforcement agencies can act on. Reports are reviewed, investigated, and can lead to arrests and prosecutions. The process takes time — sometimes weeks, sometimes months — but it works. Over 40 offenders are behind bars because of cases we have been involved in.

We will never force you to do anything. Reporting is your decision. We can explain what the process looks like, what to expect, and what the potential outcomes are. But you decide if and when you are ready. There is no pressure and no timeline.

Not necessarily. Many CSAM cases are prosecuted based on digital evidence without requiring victim testimony. Every case is different. If testimony ever becomes relevant, there are victim advocates and protections in place to make the process as safe as possible. But that is a bridge to cross if and when you get there.

That is okay. Law enforcement has tools to trace digital content back to its source. You do not need to know who the offender is for a report to be useful. Tell us what you know and we work from there.

Getting Started

Taking the first step

Yes. Absolutely. You do not have to want action to reach out. If you just need someone who understands to listen, we are here for that. No agenda. No pressure. No "so what do you want to do about it." Just people who get it.

Anything. "I need help." "I do not know what to do." "I just need someone to talk to." There is no wrong thing to say. You do not need to have your story organized. You do not need to explain everything. Just start talking. We will figure it out together.

No. It is never too late. Images can be removed regardless of when they were created. Reports can be filed years after the fact. And if you just need support, there is no expiration date on that. Reach out whenever you are ready. We do not care if it was last week or ten years ago.

Yes. We help parents navigate the same process — image removal, reporting, and supporting your child. We also have a resource guide written specifically for parents that covers how to respond in a way that helps your child heal instead of adding to their pain.

Still have questions?

Reach out and ask us directly. There is no question too small, too specific, or too scared. We have heard it all and we do not judge.
